Pick and choose which meals you’d like to eat at the Milwaukie Center. In an effort to make the Rendezvous available to the largest population possible, all meals are optional. However, meal orders must be placed prior to September 1, 2018 so we may order the correct quantity.
We do hope that you will join us by selecting one or more of the following options listed below: Saturday Lunch (Bob's Red Mill), Saturday Banquet (Hog Wild), Sunday Lunch (Chevy's Fresh Mex), or All Three Meals (Bob's, Hog Wild, Chevy's). Details of the meals may change before convention time, so please check back.
Please note that the Rendezvous will not be providing any breakfast options. It is assumed registrants can obtain breakfast in or near their lodging before they arrive at the Milwaukie Center. We will, however, have coffee, water and soft drinks available at the convention.
Saturday Lunch will be catered by Bob’s Red Mill; a Portland icon for healthy foods since 1978. Sign up and join us for a roundup of deli-delights. Build your own sandwich the way you like it and then pile on the extras: salads, chips, fruit, and beverages…finish it off with a post-prandial dessert sugar-fix. Yum! Raffle will start at 12:45pm.
Saturday Banquet - This choice was a no-brainer. Good old fashioned bar-bee-cue, yeeehaaa. In fact, we went so hog wild for the idea that we decided to hire a catering outfit called “Hog Wild.” This caterer is so good that he started his business off on a street corner and grew it from there by delicious popularity. Join us for a barbecue delight of baby back ribs, pulled pork and chicken, stellar baked beans, and an assortment of other picnic delights…corn bread so sweet you could pass it off for dessert. Speaking of dessert, we’ll have plenty of that too. Non-alcohol beverages included, plus a full bar will be at your disposal… and feel free to wear your coonskin cap and buckskins, or cowboy hat and boots. Raffle and auction will start at 8:15pm.
Sunday Lunch has us heading south of the border with a mouthwatering Fajita Bar. Our catering choice is once again a city icon: Chevy’s Fresh Mex, recipes made with fresh ingredients daily. Sounds like a commercial doesn’t it…well it is, we want to see you there. You will have choices including chicken, steak and carnitas, flour and corn tortillas, Fresh Mex rice, homemade beans, San Antonio veggies, and all the trimmings. So eat light for breakfast so y’all will have a lot of room to fill up for the rest of the day. Beverages and desserts always included. Sombreros and ponchos optional…adios amigos. Raffle will start at 12:45pm.
All Three Meals - Includes Bob's Red Mill's build-your-own sandwich bar Saturday noon; barbecued baby back ribs, chicken and pulled pork from Hog Wild on Saturday night, and Chevy's chicken, steak and carnitas Fajita Bar at noon on Sunday.
