Registering on-line is a new feature for the Rendezvous. While you may download, print, fill-out and mail in the paper registration form (download it here), because workshops are filled on a first come/first served basis, we recommend that you avail yourself of the on-line process to avoid delays by the postal service. On-line registration will be closed Friday morning, September 14, 2018.  Registrations after that date are more than welcome, but must be made at the Registration Desk at the Rendezvous.

The Full Pass registration covers the entire 2 ½ day event, beginning at 1:00pm on Friday, September 14 and extending through 5:00pm Sunday, September 16. Registrations received before July 1, 2018 will receive 20 free raffle tickets. The Full Pass includes observation of Demos and Workshops, unlimited access to the Bonsai Exhibit and Marketplace, the Friday Evening Vendor Reception, Sunday morning Super Critique and observation of Rodeo events Sunday afternoon.  Full Pass registrants may participate in lunchtime raffles on Saturday and Sunday as well as the Saturday evening auction and raffle. You will have access to the Hospitality Room if you need a break from Rendezvous activities, and the Will Call center is available for the monitored storage of tools, coats, your purchases, etc.

Please note:  In an effort to keep registration costs at a minimum, all meals are OPTIONAL, and must be purchased separately prior to September 1, 2018, by selecting Meals on the Home Page.  In addition, Workshops, Rodeo events, exhibit Critiques and apparel are also purchased individually.

You can review your purchases by clicking on the shopping cart () in the upper right corner at any time.  To adjust the number of items, you can enter a number where the quantity is displayed or to remove the item entirely click on the small “x” to the left of the product icon. In all cases except for Apparel and Meals, the quantity should be "1".

Full Pass registrants have the option of participating in pre-convention workshops Friday morning (W-1, W-2 and W-3).  Due to access limitations at the Milwaukie Community Center facility on Friday morning, these workshops are not open to silent observers.

If you are unable to attend the full event, you may purchase partial registrations, either Saturday or Sunday full day or any half day(s) from Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.  Partial registrations entitle you to the same things as full registration, but for the time selected only.  Just be sure to purchase the time period for any of the individual events in which you wish to participate or observe.

The Friday Evening Vendor Reception is included at no additional cost for all Full Pass Registrants. If you are not purchasing a Full Pass, you may still attend the reception by purchasing the Vendor Reception Pass.

Vendors:  Your table fees will enable you to participate in all convention activities during your breaks, such as Workshop observation, Rodeo observation, Demos, Hospitality Room and Will Call. For additional information, return to the Home Page and select Marketplace, then click the link for Access to the Vendor Section at the top of the page.  Meals may be purchased prior to September 1, 2018.

We regret that a discount for family registrations is not possible for 2018.  Two individuals from the same household should submit separate registrations.

See the 2018 NW Bonsai Rendezvous Registration refund policy by selecting More... on the Home page and then selecting Policy.
