Vendor Application Instructions

 

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the Rendezvous, please complete the application form attached to the Vend or Process page.  

As part of the table fee, Vendors have access to all parts of the Rendezvous.  You are free to observe demos and workshops, stroll through the Bonsai Exhibit, even participate in raffles and auctions.  If you have help with your booth, you may even register for Workshops or Rodeo events for the appropriate fees.

Please note – all vendors are expected to participate in the Vendor Reception beginning at 6:00pm Friday evening. Appetizers will be served, and soft drinks and a no-host liquor bar will be available.  This event has been scheduled to provide registrants an uninterrupted block of time to peruse Marketplace wares before it is opened to the public.  Your assistants may check in at the Registration table for a free pass to the Bonsai Exhibit.

Step No. 1 – Click on the Apply for Vendor Booth bar on the previous page and complete the application form.  Upon submittal, this form will be reviewed by the Marketplace Chair. 

Step No. 2 – Upon approval by the Marketplace Chair, you will receive a confirmation email listing the URL for purchase of your table block, meals, apparel or other activities.  Click on the URL contained in the email and you will be taken to the page for Vendor Registration where you will select your table block and arrange for payment.  Meals and additional items can be purchased at the same time.

If you simply have a general question, click on the Request Information bar at the bottom of the previous page.  It will provide an email form to contact the Marketplace Chair.
