Vendor Table Reservation Instructions

 

Welcome to the Vendor Table Reservation section. Please follow these steps to reserve your table block, order meals, and purchase other events in which you are interested.

Step No. 1 – Please review the table layout of the Marketplace by clicking the View/Download Table Layout bar on the Vendor Reservation Process page. Blocks which have already been sold will be marked as “Sold Out”.  Where possible, we will note the name of the vendors as table blocks are assigned so you will know who your neighbors will be. It may help to download and print the table layout.

The yellow areas on the diagrams represent the six foot traffic corridor required by the Fire Marshal, and are the lanes where shoppers will have free access.  The areas where the tables abut the traffic corridor provide the best exposure, and are noted in the individual block descriptions in terms of linear feet of exposure.  Larger numbers represent greater exposure and higher marketing utility.

Step No. 2- Click on the Reserve Vendor Table bar, scroll down the page and click on the icon for your chosen Vendor Space, then click “Add to Cart”.

Step No. 3 – From the Vendor Table Reservation page you may access the rest of the website.  Click on the “2018 Northwest Bonsai Rendezvous” button at the top of page to be taken to the Rendezvous Home Page. If you wish to purchase any of the meals being made available at the Rendezvous, click on Meals on the Home Page.   Lunch is available for purchase on Saturday and Sunday, and a banquet barbecue is available for Saturday evening. 

Step No 4 – If you have help and can get away from your booth for a couple of hours, you are welcome to participate in Workshops, Critiques and Sunday afternoon’s Rodeo events upon payment of the associated fees.  To order these additional activities or to purchase Rendezvous souvenir apparel, refer to the Rendezvous website’s Home Page menu.

Step No. 5 – Review your shopping cart (by clicking the symbol in the upper right corner of this or any page) and verify that your desired table block is selected and make sure any additional purchases are correct. Once you are satisfied, click “Proceed to Checkout” and complete the payment process. It will be necessary to enter some of your information a second time - that is a requirement of the credit card company.  An itemized confirmation will be sent to the email address provided for payment, with all the details of your purchase.

Note:  Please ask anyone who will be assisting with your booth to check in with the Rendezvous Registrar for a name badge.  Your assistants will be welcome to view the Bonsai Exhibit for no additional fee.
